Default OBDI to OBDII problems

ok I am new to Honda-tech and sorry if I have posted this is the wrong section and if I did could the mods move this to the right section

I bought an Integra GSR that had a B20 into it. (they blew the B18C. W Turbo)
I bought it because I wanted to get a GSR Chassis for cheap and swap a K20 into later on
but as of now I am using it as my daily. Problem is the guy who had it before me converted it to OBDI and because of this I cannot pass my Emissions check because the OBDII Scanner gets an error every time.

I put a OBDII CRV 5 Speed Computer in the car and these codes came up.

Code 16
Fuel Injector System defective circuit or unplugged / defective fuel injector

Code 54
CKF Sensor (Crankshaft Speed Fluctuation) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

Code 61
Oxygen Sensor, Heated - Sensor 1 (Primary) high voltage, low voltage, or slow response

Code 81
P0401 EGR Insufficient Flow Detected

What do you guys think I should do to convert the OBDI back to OBDII
Need some advice on what I should do, really need this car to pass ECheck

Car Runs great on OBD1 but i Need OBD2 to pass emissions because the car is a 2001 GSR

how obd1 converted is it?is it an obd1 engine? obd1 harness? what year is the engine? (look on the head) what year is the chassis? and finally how many plugs are at the distributor and does it look like they have been spliced in? how about the injectors are they obd1 or obd2 and have they been spliced? and the obd2 crv computer is what year?

Ive got some experience here, wired my obd1 H22a into my obd2 integra with no lights, but im in fl no smog

Clear the codes and see what comes back. Is your engine JDM or a US b20? What is your ECU code (P30, P28, etc)?

Dizzy has 4 Spark plug wires out of it
chassis is a 2001 Integra GSR
its a B20B Thats all i know. i do not know the year or if its JDM or USDM

it has a OBD1 to OBD2B converter for the Harness
the harness is a GSR harness
Fuel Injectors look to be OBD1 and they also looked spliced.
the OBD2 CRV ECU is a 99 CRV 5 speed ECU

I wansnt able to get the ECU codes i used the Blink codes for the OBD2

Ill post a Engine bay picture tomorrow morning

possibly running an OBD2 Dizzy. Injectors shouldn't matter. Test/ replace 1st O2 sensor. Egr possibly blocked/ cloged?, makes sure you have enought fuel pressure... possible fuel filter change? Pump possibly going bad?

I am trying to go to OBD2. the car is running fine on OBD1 as of now.
a B20B doesnt have a EGR. My O2 sensor is brand new.

The car runs just fine on OBD1
I need it to Run on OBD2 to pass echeck then i can go back to OBD1

Chances are ur engine is OBD1, is there a wire coming off the oil pump (should see a plug near the alternator) if not then ur engine is obd1, on obd1 engines the crankshaft position sensor is in the oil pump, on obd1 engines it is in the dizzy, to make the engine run on an obd2 brain with no check engine lights you will need an OBD2 oil pump, Intake manifold, Distributor, and a secondary 02 sensor, and if ur harness has been cut and spliced probly a new obd2 harness

otherwise depending on how close the inspector looks u may be able to use the obd1 stuff and just do some fancy wiring..wire the crank position sensor in the dizzy into the wire on the obd2 engine harness (unless ur harness is obd1 then u are gonna need a harness that matches ur engine bay first)

I know its OBD2B
also you dont have to post 3 times. you can edit your posts.

here is a picture of my engine bay

I just need to get the car to run on OBD2 and i can figure out the rest
so from what your saying my crank shaft sensor is what is throwing off the car and making it stall and not run.
so if i fix that i should be able to start and run the car on OBD2?

no if I had to guess the problem is the fuel injector code, I have run obd2 engines in obd1 cars on an obd2 dizzy (temp wired untill I got an obd1 dizzy) and it throws the code and light for the crank sensor but will run fine without it, now the EGR code confuses me because from my limited experience with b20's and some quick searches it seems the b20 never had an egr valve?

I actually think if the valves are in need of adjustment the EGR code will go off.
my valves need adjusted, but i am not sure. just what i researched on google

a car can run fine without a EGR or O2 sensor / Oxygen sensor
I need to get the car to run. i know how to get rid of all the codes after. if i cant get it to run then there is no point to getting rid of the codes

yeah a car will run fine without an EGR, H22's are supposed to have one and my skunk2 manifold was also an EGR delete..I believe your problem is going to be in an injector..thats the only code ther that can keep a car from running
