Cannt Start 2002 CRV (AWD)
One evening after dinner in a restaurant, my 2002 CRV was a little bit hard to start and the idle was low. I had to give more gas to get it started. Then Check Engine light went on. Code was P0301 (Cylinder 1 Misfired). I erased it to see if it comes back. I also checked all sparkplugs and connections. They seem to be fine.
The next day, the CRV was also a little bit hard to start and idle was low until after I pushed some gas and warmed up for 10-20 seconds. Check Engine light came back. Error code was also P0301.
I replaced the car battery. The CRV started easily and Check Engine light turned off. Code Reader showed no error code.
The next day, the CRV was a little bit hard to start, but not as bad as before. No Check Engine light. Code Reader record no error. Couple of hours later, I cannot start the car. The engine just keep cranking.
The next day, I swapped with another new battery, but did not help. The CRV cranks but not enough power/strength to start. Code Reader shows no error code.
