751WHP stock sleeve hoodrat setup block full of concrete!WTF
Made it to a dyno event today,managed to laydown a decent dyno tune on my koop.first time on a real dyno [dynojet] getting ready for 9s!
little background. had the car since 04 many dif setups most the time no job.. my friends call me a hillbilly racer but ill take it as a complement :p
first hit this year got a 10.60 cracked a sleeve,got a block for free couldnt afford a CSS so what do ya do? try something everyone says wont work? sure why not.. filled it with some block filler.stock half size rad still stays cool.

i think thats all. pretty simple setup with parts that work.

looks great but u should have looked up an aebs block and drilled it the same as they do it, but over all great build 751 on stock sleeves is really good

Was told many years ago by people who had done this to engine blocks that they used a powered sander once the filled the block with the filler. It would vibrate the block enough to make the filler creep into crevices that it may not have went into otherwise.

how durable is this stuff over time? With all the heat cycles, would it start chunking or shredding off into the cooling system?

Old dragster guys have been doing this for years. If its put in right, it's never coming out.
