Picked up some black cloth RSX seats for free at work today and was wanting to try swapping them into my Si. I already know it's not a direct swap, but it looks like it should work out if I can swap the sliders. Anyone do this swap before? I'm not willing to drill holes in the car or fabricate custom brackets. I want it to look as close to stock as possible. All else fails, I'll just sell the seats. They were free so I figured it would be worth a shot.

This swap has been done many many many times before, if you did a google search you would see.
Almost any new honda seat you could think of has been swapped into an older honda, like s2k, dc5, ep3, even the 8th gen civic

I had done some searches earlier and didn't find what I was looking for. Perhaps I didn't go far enough through the pages of results or I skimmed over it, or I'm entering the wrong search criteria. If/when I figure out what I have in mind, I'll link it or do a write up.

I did see that thread but it's not what I had in mind. I want to try to make it look completely stock, which may not be a possibility. I will come back to that one if my experiments are unsuccessful. I work at a salvage yard so I have plenty of materials at hand for trial and error. It's amazing how much stuff of value they leave in the cars to just sit out in the yard and rot.

yeah I agree, usually some pretty cool stuff in junk yards. but you can use his measurements and what not, and just do a better job at cleaning them up and making them look more stock. maybe some matte black paint and black bolts
