I agree, Honda's aren't that bad to work on.

Use a good 1/2 inch impact gun like a Macto or Snap On with 150psi of air behind it and a 19mm impact socket. Crank bolt comes right off.

My 1/2" extension snapped. That extension and my impact gun have gotten a lot of tough bolts off and haven't failed me ever. So I know it's not just my tools. I don't have cheap tools either.

What else can I do? I was gonna stop by a few shops to see if they have a stronger gun but most of them were already closed so I'm stuck for now.

Should be called Snap-Off instead lol
LMFAO I call Snap On Snap Off.

Thanks for this. Had a stubborn bolt on a 2000 Civic with T belt that is triple its intended lifetime. Used the breaker bar and jackstand method and it made such a big crack that I thought I broke a tool first before checking the bolt.

I've done 4-5 of these before with my own air tools and to have one that didn't budge with them was a surprise.

A harmonic impact socket and a decent 1/2 impact will do it usually.

Amazon Amazon

A harmonic impact socket has more mass than a standard impact socket...this will help loosen it by using that mass in rotational force.
