water inside the Honda Civic 2005 SE
I can hear waves of water under the coupe from the passenger side when I accelerate/ decelerate/ turn. The water can be from rain or from water paddles on the highways. Any ideas on how to locate and how to evacuate this water in the car body? Thank you in advance.

probably the doors, bad window seals. Take the interior panel off, remove the door speaker, and stick a pump in it

I shook the right door and the water noise was from there. After I shook it, the water started dripping from the middle of the bottom of the door. It continued until very little water remained (when I shake it there is almost no noise). And now it is frozen. I did not removed the inner side of the door for the fear of not being able to put it back properly. For now everything seems OK. Thank you for your post, THISGUYAVES.

There should already be a few weep holes in the bottom edge of the door, front, middle and rear. Use a stiff wire to dislodge any clog in those holes. I would also remove the inner trim panel to see why water is not draining when you have the chance.
