Lift is Basically all Done, only thing left Buddy Logan is having a Problem w/ is the Passenger Side Front Axle C Clip is be'n a Pain in the Butt. Guess the 98' CR-V had 2 Different Axles to Choose from, Earlier Year Model 97'-98' was a Slightly Longer Axle while the Late Year 98' was Shorter. I'll have to do some more Research, might just Order a New Axle tomorrow just to get it Done&on the Road. Drove it around&it really didn't seem to be as much of a Dog as i thought it was go'n to be. Rubbing if not any wasn't Bad either, need to Trim a Few areas other then that it was Perfect. Also Order'd a OEM Honda Optional Skid Plate, should be here Monday or Tuesday. Well enough Chat'n it up, onto the Pictures =]

Id say leave the tire where it is. The added wind resistance of it being on the roof will negatively effect wind noise and fuel economy. To each their own though.

The Basket i bought for her CR-V has a Wind Deflector which will some what Help w/ Resistance.
As Far as Excessive Noice, these Tires are already Loud Road wise so there really isn't a Problem.
I have some Special Plans for the Factory Spare Tire Mount area will i'll hopefully get Done End of Feb.

Example Pictures from "pathfin9" on HondaSUV.com

Hi i have an ironman lift kit on order and i see you are wanting to do a 1.5in coil spacer. the oem struts only have about 2in of sag on them so the ironman lift is already 1.4in in front and rear so dont you think the struts will max out resultings in a very uncomfortable ride with an additional 1.5in. I was personally thinking of ordering a 1in spacer and grinding the bottom down to make it .5 giving me 1.4 in front and 1.9 in the rear. Also if you had ordered the correct back spacing are spacers really nessecary? because if not it would save me the effort of adding extended lugs if i just get like a higher back spacing around a 7 probably. Also my crv looks identical to that one except mine has a fully built ls-v in it on 14 lbs =P

Don't see how the Struts (Tokico HP Series) will be Max'd out. Ironman Coil Springs just Replace the Factory 2" Sag. The Strut Spacers Mount on the Top Hats which doesn't have anything to do w/ the Strut or Coil Specs, main thing to worry about is the CV Joints Angles. As you can see from the Strut Spacer Picture below, doesn't affect Strut or Coil at all.

If you order the Correct Backspacing the Aggressive Spacers are not Necessary. I just need'd them to Clear the Front Calipers.

Removed the Factory Spare Tire Mount+Test Fit the Spare in her Roof Basket yesterday&install'd the Cargo Basket+Spare Tire today. Definitely need to get my Plan in Motion about the Rear ASAP, kinda looks Plain now imo.

Ah I had misread upon back reading I noticed you said its a lift springs +1.5 strut spacers combo. My springs should be here any day and I didnt see that combo or are you buying the spacers from jcwhitney or another 4x4 website?

No Company makes these Strut Spacers, they are Custom Pieces.
Made a Rough Template then had my Machinist make a Precision Product (No he doesn't want to Manufacture them)
Side by Side Picture Below, Template vs Precision Product.

Thank you, will be ordering the Extension Bar here soon so the Cargo Roof Basket will take up the Whole Roof. Example Picture Below from "pathfin9" @ HondaSUV.com

Yes her CR-V came w/ the Sport Trim when we bought it. The Sides have been Discontinued but you can still order the Rear.

i cant see this photo in the post i dunno why but could you message me the specs for the spacer? as far as the thickness, inner diamiter, outter diamiter, and spacing of the holes? I will probably have them made out of a very hard plastic/poly

yes i can see it now thank you. i dont suppose you would be willing to part with the 4 temporary ones he made for you? Also im having my wheels made to order and I really want to have it to where i dont need spacers. i know the wheels rub on a +6mm offset would you have any idea what it would need to be to not rub? I know other people have used 10 mm spacers but im not big into wheel specs so i have no idea what that would equate to for additional off set.
