Default Real time GPS tracking advice

I am looking to purchase a real time gps tracking system for the R for just in case. I am looking to find one without a monthly subscription or a charge by use only and somehow have it hardwired so each time the car is running, it charges the battery so I don't have to worry about charging the unit.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I think it would be sweet if the car could be monitored within a box, like a home posioon, and if the car left the box without disarming the box, it would trigger a silent alarm and disable the car.

It would be even better if the disarm was carried by the owner to avoid somebody finding the switch. Something wireless would be nice so you only needed to be proximal to the control unit to disarm it.
