Weird ground control spring rates

Weird ground control spring rates
Disclaimer: Sorry for GC/Koni question but need some advice.
Just bought a set of ground control/koni for my CRX and I have a question about the rates. I ordered the off the shelf rates from ground control which I thought are 350f/250r for the 2nd Gen CRX. However, I have the following springs:
GC180.64.75 which I assume to be metric, so assuming the last digit is in N/m makes it 75 x 5.7 = 427.5 pounds
0700.250.0450.0 which appears to be standard, so I'm assuming 450 lbs/ft
Both springs are the same length although one is 427.5 pound one is wider.
Here's a pic for clarification:
Naturally there is no indication in the packaging which is front and which is rear.
I did not want springs this stiff (we have bad roads where I live). Did GC send me the wrong stuff or am I missing something? I would call GC but I had planned to install this stuff tomorrow and don't wanna postpone it another week.
Thanks for the help.

Re: Weird ground control spring rates
I have GC "off the shelf" coilovers and the box was labeled with 180.64.61 front and 180.64.44 rear=350f and 250r. It's not too stiff. In fact a little more stiff would be nice. I might buy 450's for the front and throwing the 350's in the rear. I am running Koni yellows as well. I think you should be fine but if that's not what you want/ordered just send them back.
