Default built gsr leaking from HG

I got the gsr head and block resurfaced the first time. I took the gsr head on and off about 4 times. It has ARP headstuds torqued to 80lbs... the 5th time i put a brand new HG and it still leaked ALOT from the corner on the dizzy. I am sure it's the HG. I am trying to get the head resurfaced again but don't want to have to take the block out to resurface the block again due that the crank would have to come off. How likely is it for the block to also need resurfacing?

Have you checked for warpage with a straight edge and feeler guage? The manual calls for anymore than .002" warpage will require resurfacing of the head and .003" is the service limit on the block. Also make sure you have the right gasket and that it's facing "up".
