Default Jdm ZC Premium or Regular?

I have a Jdm SOHC ZC from HMO, should i be running premium grade fuel or should i just stick with regular grade?

stick with regular. premium is only ment for motors with higher compression like the rsx type S with 11:1 and the b16 with 10:2. the zc is like 9:6 def not high enough for premium fuel.

What one is supposed to be using according to Honda is premium in the dohc zc but of course you are suppose to use the p29 ecu but many zc users use regular and pr4's or pg 7 (according to what obd they have in their car) and have no complaints.
I have both sohc and dohc zc's. Since the sohc zc is similar to the d16a6 civic Si(except zc being slightly higher compression)and one is suppose to use premium in the Si by default you should also use premium in the zc. Flame away mateys.
I use premium.
