Have you gotten these alternators checked when replacing them? Could be a bad run of alternators. What store/brand?

Is your car turbo like your username would imply? If so, the culprit is likely the heat from the turbo setup destroying the voltage regulators. Many turbo Accord owners have the same issues. Remedy with heatwrap, turbo blanket, or shielding.

You need to find where the drain is. To do this, you'll need an amp meter. I normally do it with the engine off, and everything off(doors closed etc) Remove the negative battery lead, and attach meter positive lead to the negative battery lead. Then attach the negative meter lead to the negative battery post. You should see a current draw. Now, you'll need to start pulling fuses, one at a time. if you have any aftermarket stuff pull their fuse first. Once you see the meter amps drop significantly, you know the circuit(s).

Checked fuses couldn't find the source of the draw
