My '93 integra started having issues about a year ago, it would bog/cut out while driving, but never die. Just a loss of power. Then it just stopped starting all together. I parked it for about a year because I was out of the country. Came back to it, changed the coil and now it runs again, but the bogging/cutting out still occurs. The ignition control module was tested and is fine. The car idles fine and at times runs perfect, but like said, it will occasionally cut out/bog and loose most of its power. At first i thought maybe old fuel, but with a new tank and fuel system cleaner the problem still exists. The car has a new cap/rotor and coil. I'm gonna assume it is something to do with ignition, but need suggestions on where to start. Anybody with similar issues please chime in. Any ideas?

Did you change the fuel filter?

I was going to ask the same as ncsi. It sounds a little like the fuel filter may be clogged or maybe the pump is getting weak. It's a long shot but the cat may be getting clogged. Just some ideas.
