The blind leading the blind.
Check the health of the engine FIRST! Do a compression test.
Get a turbo that will allow you to boost SAFELY on the stock internals-220hp give or take.
GET A TUNE!!! Engine management is CRITICAL!!! Do not just get a basemap and run on it. You are asking for disaster because I KNOW you will try to see how powerful your new engine is by racing every Tom, Dick and Harry Potter on his Nimbus 2000. Pretty soon, no more engine. If you don't know about what tuning package to run go to your local tuner, the place that will be doing the actual tune, and find out what they recommend and run with that.
Install some ARP headstuds. Even with a small turbo boosting a meager 6spi you could get headlift.
Check and change fluids OFTEN.
Think about running an oil restrictor on your oil feed line. I have never heard of anyone blowing seals running one, those without, lots.
Click the link in my sig.
Read the Forced Induction FAQs MANY TIMES before you even buy a single part.

My d15b put down 237 at the wheels on 10psi with only arp headstuds, been almost a year with no problems and I beat on it regularly.

If you can't afford to do it right then don't do it. If you're already talking about cheaping out then you're going to fail.
Do your research and don't take these spoonfed answers and "i heard"s, especially from people that talk about what setup their "boy" had, to heart. Anyone that spoonfeeds you any info on this topic is not helping you. Anyone that hasn't actually done it is talking out of their ***. This is one subject you want to be as knowledgeable as possible on.
Go to the Forced Induction forum and check the builds. When you find one that is producing the amount of power you want, model yours off of that.
