I replaced my cv joints but there wasnt always a popping sound just every once and awhile when i turned right. once i took a closer look at them i could definatly see the cracks in the seals. so i replaced them and problem solved for now

ok... heres my experience from axles popping like that.. ok.. this is wat you need to do..have the hood open and have someone watch while you back out of the drive way turning the way u say it pops..but back out slowly to see where its coming from.. if that doesnt help, jacking it up while it stop wont help either.. it can be this problem that i want to tell you but i dont think you would want to hear it......in other cases it could be your differential on your tranny thats bad...i found this out by having experiences with some cars me and my bro had..you c differentials pop like that too when they go bad.. as i seen before but dont really know if it is that unless im there to c it.. i seen at the race track, some racers weld there differentials to the tranny and they do the popping noise when they turn to the lane.. this is to have limited slip differentials but.. i could be wrong cause like i said.. im not there to c how your car is popping when you turn..

Check all the bolts. especially the lower ball joint castle nut, if they arent tightened correctly it will pop when turning. I had this problem before. Had new bearings, ball joints, axles, inner and out tie rods, etc.

If it's the CV joint, wouldn't the boot have failed already and started to leak grease? I recall that's what happened on my old ingetra. Unless it could fail while still enclosed w/o the boot failing first.. that would seem a bit odd..

Yeah ill have a look at them all again, we tightened everything with air tools, but who the hell knows right..

I doubt its my diff, this started happening after installed all these new parts.. so it must have something to do with my install. thats why it seems real wierd that the newish axle decided to give out at the same time.

Im gonna go over all my bolts before I do anything else the more I think about it
