ac compressor gone bad :(
hey guys how you doing i have a honda accord 2003 LX today i was driving and i tride to put my ac but i was only blowing hot air i tride putting gas in it but it was already full now iam trying to buy a new compressor can you reommend any places

Are you sure the compressor is the problem? Have you checked the Power Transistor? What about the compressor relay or fuse?
Don't just assume that you need a new compressor, they're rather costly and you'd be kicking yourself for buying one if it didn't fix the problem.

First, make sure the clutch engages the AC compressor before replacing the compressor.
Second, it might have a leak so a freon refill might not do anything. That leak introduces moisture into the system and entire loops needs to be repaired then vacuumed, then refilled properly based on the temps and pressures.
Even if they install the new AC compressor they have to look for the cause of the problem so take it to a professional.

The compressor clutch and stator (coil) were changed on my car. The A/C would work breifly sometimes, then start blowing warm air. I think the clearance on the clutch was more than it should have been, and that caused the clutch failure.
