Its really not that hard, I did mine all by myself in the driveway. I took my old y8 motor with the auto trani out and dropped a fresh b16a2 with a gsr 5-speed trani in mine. The hardest part for me was cutting out a hole on the floor for the shifter. other than that it was easy. But the main things you will need are...
-manual trani
-wire harness
-master and slave cly. and lines
-5-speed ecu
- And last should be a MT intake manifold, since it has a IACV and all that good stuff.
And one else know of anything of the top of your head?

The only way to find out how much is to start calling local places to you and get prices or hunt the internet to get prices with shipping.
We also don't know how much of the job you can do your self so that makes a difference in the price.
For instance I am breaking a 95 civic 5spd right now and have everything you need to convert from auto to stick including a tranny for D series that I could be tempted to sell for $300 to $350 and that is pretty cheap for where I live, but you might have to pay 1/2 of that or possibly twice that it just depends on your area.

A lot of this stuff has already been covered.
No sense in asking prices for used parts as they can vary from yard to yard, seller to seller, business to business. I might charge you $50 for a part that Deetz could get to you for $30. Shop around.

It's pretty simple. Most of it is just a bolt on affair. Buy a new master and slave cylinder, there's absolutely not point in screwing around with used junk here. Intake manifold is only different on D16Y5 and D16Y8 engines, all others are the same.
