I am not a 100% sure on how long the bottle lasts, but I just filled my bottle up again and I have welded about 5 hours without back purging. I still have over three quarters of a bottle left.

Re: Post pictures of your fab areas.
Things are new here and I still have more equipment to pick up. Not a whole lot to get ideas but here ya go.
The whole left side in the second pic is the fab area, where we'll have a press break and drill press added. Currently I just have a small bandsaw, a belt sander that needs a little work, and all the hand tools I need.
In this pic^^, you can see the peg board above an aluminum top welding bench. Cabinets on the wall that holds various tools and consumables. A small wire rack for materials and work space for current small projects. It's a small corner as I rent with 2 others who store and work on their drag cars.
A little bent 3/32" filler rod makes a good torch holder.

Re: Post pictures of your fab areas.
Just started up my little fab shop, not necessarily race car type work but hey first customer and at least some cash to pay off my tools.
Don't mind the rice hats, they belong to my pops!

Here is my fab corner in the shop. Just moved into a bit bigger shop this past January and wish i had more room already. Seems like you can never have enough room.

Pretty scarey how many unchained cylinders are in this thread. If you are a commercial shop, you had better get that taken care of before OSHA rains on your parade.

Re: Post pictures of your fab areas.
I had my G Size argon break its tether during a 7.3 magnitude earthquake (Christchurch, New Zealand) and it destroyed my tig torch and a few other things.. Could have been much worse.. Worse part is it WAS tethered to the wall and you guys dont have anything at all!
Takes 5 minutes to put a chain + dynabolts into the wall
