Default I pulled the codes from the cel on my 95 civic d16

Today i went out and checked my cel because it been on for awhile and it was a intake air temperature sensor that i got from it, now would that cause my idle to be kind of loopy? and could i just clean up the sensor?
I also checked my 94 hatch (which it didn't have a cel pop up but i thought i would check) and when i check it the cel stays on is that normal? it has a b20 turbo swap in it.

Is the IAT sensor unplugged?

That means no codes are thrown.

it's not unplugged, it's the sensor on top of the throttle body right?

If you don't know where it is located, how do you know it's not unplugged? It's a two wire sensor plugged into the rear of the intake manifold.

TA sensor:
