Slot and port your compressor cover and modify it to become an anti-surge housing. You can drill holes like some housings, or T04Z/HKS T51R style inlet.
Cut the slot at the tip of the compressor exducer, and start with the narrowest slot (high pitch), and keep widening it until you get the lower note. If you widen the slot too much and the wheel doesn't deliver enough air velocity, then you lose the sound again and it will become a low note woosh.

would be best to do something of that nature with a lathe rather thean a dremel/die grinder. Id be more apt to drilling holes with a drill press in the face of it than messing with that area where the wheels is. How deep should the holes be if drilling like the precisions are done?

How would you go about doing this? Would a machine shop or possibly someone here on H-T be able to do it? I would like to do this also just to hear the turbo more!

Leave the wastegate shut.... let me know how that goes. Diesels CAN run 100+ psi of boost, twice the turbo size, and 3x the displacement.... you're not going to emulate that. Instead try worrying about something logical, like how your car runs.

ones i put a whistler in the greddy air filter (no result) ???
to low sucks air boost on the air filter site of the turbocharger.):
and wen i make lots of holes like cheese maybe soud makes whislter?

the whistle you here is coming from the exhaust side of the turbo. diesel turbos have really big turbine housing and wheels with really big exhausts that don't do much for sound deadening. the easiest way to get your honda to sound like this is get a open downpipe that is no longer then 2 feet. my gf had this on her car and you couldn't tell if it was a honda or a diesel truck.

I can't believe you are asking how to make your turbo louder. I am in Germany and the I am lucky to be American because the German guys gets charged by the police for every mod they do on their cars especially ones that are stupid as drawing too much attention to one's self, these guys cant even run a BOV legally, so why would you wanna stand out like a ricer with a loud slow car.
I run a twin scroll setup with a s300 and electronic cutout open dumps, now thats loud sounds like a jet but car is not a street car.
do something that make sense to the car, if not trade me your turbo for a ebay turbo simulator I will buy it and trade you.
