Well decided to clean the tranny up and then paint it. Came out prretty good. Also replaced the seals on the tranny. While i was waiting for the paint to dry I decided to eliminate the power steering lmk what you guys think and thanks for the good compliments.

Re: My B20 Build....
Just to let everyone know this engine is now in a Type R, the changes are:
Skunk2 ultra street manifold ported, port matched, polished. Skunk2 Alpha headers port matched to head (much larger due to Bisimoto header). Home made short ram.

Re: My B20 Build....
I thought I'd post an update of how this engine is in a Type R that is lighten considerably but still has an A/C.
First gear is totally and completely useless. I don't mean I can pop the clutch and the tires go up in smoke. At any speed / rpm just by laying on the throttle will result in wheel spin. I'm running Dirizza 205 /15 which are about the stickiest tire that has any ability to be used as a dailydriver.
It drives like my 2015 Civic SI (when I had just downpipe and tune). The 2.1 liter has so much torque coupled with the long runner skunk2 ultra street and sk2 tri-Y.
How fast? dunno as I get wheel spin in 3 gears and as stated first gear is completely hopeless.
I'm building this for autoX, and really at this point the engine is complete and total overkill for the tire and the Type R really can't take too much tire. LOL It is crazy... might have to drop back to skunk2 stage 1 cams and stock Type R cast iron exhaust manifold just to take some HP off the table...
As comparison I have:
2016 supercharged SS Camaro
2010 supercharged Challenger
2015 supercharged Civic SI
So I know what no traction feels like.

Re: My B20 Build....
so I busted out my GTEC today.
With a B18C 11.5 pistons, 3 angle valve job, skunk2 ultra street, skunk2 header, CAI, sk2 stage 1 cams, Apexi exhaust, 2.5 cat. My best ever was: 186 HP to the wheels. This is road HP, it is moving all 4 wheels and wind resistance. add about 10 to 12 for dyno HP.
Today I got 242 HP to the wheels. Alpha header, no cat 2.5", ultra street port matched, CAI, tuned. I can't report any good et as I have not learned to launch this. I'm actively looking at 16x7 or even wider.. LOL well actually it can't be launched, just slow let off at 1800 rpm and lay slowly very slowly onto it and by 6500 or 7000 maybe it can take full throttle but probably not, I find short shifting it into 2nd and using WOT seems to work better than just blowing the tires away in first. It really feels like I'm free reving in neutral anywhere in first, except of course the smoke and noise bellowing from the front tires. LOL
