i used T10 wedge LED bulbs from eBay on my EF sedan and 00 Durango. But I've never seen a DC cluster. But you'll get the idea.

Where you able to plug them right into where the oem bulbs where and that was all you had to do? Then they worked? I have a 91 Integra and would like to get some too. Which bulbs would I need?

yeah they're plug and play. you would need the T10, and T5 for the little ones
(i didn't replace those (T5) ) heres some pics of the differences.

i don't really know if this cluster is from a DA or DC. is just for example. it should be from a DC. (VSS).

RED= T10
YELLOW= T5
PURPLE= unknown

the difference

T10 LED-----T5 OEM-----T10 OEM

Good question. Do you half to tear the cluster in half to put the bulbs in 4dred6? Looks like you have the cluster torn down to the motherboard so to speak.

No that's just the back of the cluster itself. On a DC it's 2 screws to remove the trim piece and 3 screws to remove the cluster.

The stock bulbs for illumination are actually 194 or 168 wedge bulbs (same size). I don't know about that T10 designation. Never heard of that.

Oh my bad. I should've figured that was the back of the cluster since the plug ins are shown. Can you get 194 LED bulbs at any auto parts store? I mean would they work in A DA cluster?

aren't you supposed to be using resistors for led though?

i'm pretty sure that they will fit the DA, i didn't use any resistor i just replaced them as they were OEM. i have LED all around my car (signal l, stop l, side markers l,dome lights. license plate, reverse l, etc.) is not ricy at all it just improves visibility to me. oh and i have more than a year with them. ill post some pics later on.

What LED's are you using for signals and brake lights? In my experience direct-fit replacement LED's are dimmer than normal incandescent bulbs in all situations.

this pic looks kind of red cuz i put my finger on the camera flash.

this is my interior u can see is the dome light and not my camera flash by looking at the shadows.

i'm thinking of doing a write up on this. which section would i have to post it on?. i have an spare cluster and the LEDs are not that expensive.. if i do it ill post step by step and lots of pics.

for the brakes i used the AutoZone ones and for the signal and reverse lights i think i used the 1156 (white). they work fine for me.

Awesome thread which will help you

https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/diy-led-xenon-bulbs-every-bulb-type-listed-cluster-climate-control-exterior-interior-2343038/

Correct on the 194/168 bulbs for the red circled ones, the bulbs pop out of the little plastic plug. No resistors are needed for the cluster or climate control. Depending on which LED's you get, brightness will vary. Quite often turn signals require a resistor to prevent hyperflash or you can use an Electronic LED Flasher from: http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...rake-turn.html

Hope that helps.

But they don't illuminate nearly as much as regular bulbs do. Believe me, I know. Looks cool at night but didn't want to take the chance of getting rear-ended in the daytime due to brake lights being pretty much invisible.

Also white LED's put much LESS light through the colored lenses as opposed to LED's matching the lens color.

Brighter light is from normal incandescent 1157 bulbs:

Also if your interested in changing the rpm and spedometer needle colors from orange to clear CAREFULLY remove the plastic cap in the middle and take some tissue paper and put it behind the needles so you dont get anything on the guages and use fingernail polish with no acetone and qtips and/or tissue paper to remove the orange paint that way when your led lights are on the needles will show the same led color instead of ugly orange

yeah you are right cuz when a changed them all i didn't notice that but i installed a rear fog light like a month ago but LED wouldn't light up as much as the OEM, the reason might be that the OEMs light up all around and the LEDs just light up to where theyre facing (forward). i agree with you

but i do see a big difference with my reverse and signals lights i have clear corner lights but the really look amber at night and yes they are visible at day.

Yep you're correct with that diagram. I even tried some 1157 LED replacements that had smaller LED's below the main ones pointing all around, but they still didn't light up nearly as bright as regular bulbs.
