Btw, we were between a blackish purple, and a deep pearl redish purple color. We decided on battleship grey. Its basically the color of the primer but super glossy

Oh and I meant to weigh in on the front bumper, nothing new here but I love it. It blends the EF and the newer style together seamlessly and without taking away from the "old school cool" of the CRX. Kudos!

its 11:52pm, just got home from the shop. spent all day and night getting the car painted. looks awesome. im very happy with the color i chose. i put 2 coats of clear down tonight. thats the standard for what i put on most factory oem paintjobs, and itll be plenty for the engine bay and door jambs. now ill reassemble the car, wetsand it with 1000grit and reclear the exterior with another 3 coats. after i do that the car will have an insane shine. i used a lower grade clear on it tonight since im going to be going over top of it anyway. but the car is straight as it could possibly get. the doors look like a sheet of glass. super straight. i gotta finish up some welds on my roll cage and then the interior can go back in. hopefully i can have it back together next week.

i hung the doors and put it out front of my shop today and tons of people stopped in to ask what kind of car it was out front haha. and why is the steering wheel on the right side. im very happy with how it turned out, still have a ways to go but its close. sending it to the upholstery shop next week before i get the interior back in, to get the roll cage wrapped in leather. gonna look very different. heres some more pics
