First thing, I'm exploring a few ideas and I need to see if anybody has tried this.

1st assumption, as far as 6 speeds go, to get an LSD you would need an acura CL type S or TL type S 6 speed correct?

2nd assumption, it is easier/cheaper to get an Accord 6 speed, correct?

1st question, apart from the LSD how similar are these transmissions? Could you feasibly acquire just an LSD for Type S transmission and place it into an accord 6 Speed?

2nd question, If you could put a type S LSD into an accord 6 speed, how much would you be willing to pay for an OEM torsen LSD?

There is another site called J32a.com, some one on there put a CL-S LSD on there 6 speed Accord.

if your are look for a LSD but cant find a CL type-s tranny . use a 06 tl sport / navigation 6 speed tranny. has the LSD and you can still use the accord shifter and cables.
