So you think your injector arent pulsing or you KNOW? If you're not sure if they're pulsing or not just uplug the injector you want to test jumper a test light across the terminals and try to crank the car. If the light blinks as though the injector would be pulsing your problem is not your electrical circuit.

Did that, no pulse. It has a constant 12v coming from the power ground but no negative signals are being sent from the ecu to tell the injectors to pulse. Could the dizzy cause this? I read that a bad sensor in the dizzy could cause the ecu not to pulse the injectors... BUT wouldnt the dizzy not send spark if there was a sensor messed up within it?

There are several sensors inside the dizzy. One of them is used tor the ECU to know when to pulse the injectors based on camshaft position. It sounds like you have a car that you could flip parts too. Try slapping on a know good dizzy

That is literally the only thing it could be I think... unfortunately I cant find anyone local with a dizzy to borrow so we may just have to spenr the cash and throw one at it.

just wondering if you ever found the problem. I have a 98 civic ex with spark, fuel, and no injector pulse. After spending over 1000 at the dealer and still no solution, im almost ready to junk the car. someone help me.I repleaced dizzy still no luck.
