Does any have a "ice box" like intake setup?
Wondering if any of you guys have an ice box setup. Anything home made? I am about to put my motor in and I don't want that loud deep "WAAAAAOOOOP" noise from my intake. I like my friends comptech ice box on his itr, makes nice power and its quiet. Could an itr comptech ice box intake be squeezed into my crx engine bay?....thoughts comments

I've got the EF SiR intake tube running to my stock airbox with a K&N drop-in filter. I also ran some drier hose to the front of the airbox, then down to the whole to get some colder air.
You might have to trim the box a little for diameter. And the hose will cost you like $2 from Home Depot.
It still has the deep intake sound, but not as annoying and loud as an actual intake. It performs well too, you'll like it.
