Airbag light on cluster
car is an 08 si no accidents. the red airbag light on the cluster just popped up once it got below freezing, coincidence or not. some times it will stay off for about 10-15 minutes of driving then it will randomly pop up, and other times it will stay on right from the start. note this is not the passenger airbag light.
do I need to go to Honda to check the code? or can a parts store scanner do it? also will disconnecting the battery/reset the ecu work to see if itll come back on or not?

Re: Airbag light on cluster
I checked both harnesses under the seats And pushed in each connector a little. Cycled the key afterwards and the airbag light stayed off.
Did some searching and found there is a tsb for a loose/bad crimp on the srs harness for the front passenger side seat. Tsb # 10-001.
