IIRC, Spoon doesn't make a D-series header. Looks like someone took the Spoon plate off of a B-series header and tack welded it on.

here its says they made one is this source reliable? "Spoon Sports 4-2 header: As you can see, this header is the top portion only of a 4-2-1 design. It is apparently compatable with a stock 2-1 downpipe (which can be cheaply and easily modified by any reputable muffler shop to feature any collector size you want). The primary merges are long and smooth for a 4-2 design, suggesting very minimal restriction to flow and velocity. But at $677 U.S., is it really that much better than the other 4-2-1 design headers in this group? To a JDM addict, maybe." |

All Spoon headers have a JASMA certification welded to it. The pics you have there are only half the header, where is the lower section???

Maybe I'm wrong, but didn't they make one for the ZC before? Or maybe even the DOHC ZC?

That would be one of the best welding jobs I have ever seen. LOL I may be wrong, but wasn't the first Spoon Civic in the 70s/80s using a DOHC ZC motor?

As mentioned before, it's only half a header, kind of useless imo
I used to have one for my b series. Sold it in favor of an Edelbrock which was even better made, and made more power!

Well said, useless without lower section and I'd have to say it is 99.99% a fake.
