That fitment is perfect! The welds look like those perfect automated machine welds, great job. Hows the car feel with the new sway bar on the street?

That sway bar setup looks killer man. So do the welds. I hope to have welding skills like that one day. I look forward to more updates.

That's fantastic! I just ordered the regular ol' ASR bar because the hollow one is way too baller status for me. The welding on the exhaust is awesome and you did a great job with the turns - it's all too often that we see some shoddy joints where the angles are all wrong. Great work.

What's a slip joint? An oversized or flared piece of exhaust pipe?

Hey did you mock up and fit that exhaust with the suspension loaded, or at full droop? If at full droop, did you run the suspension up through it's range of motion to make sure it doesn't hit anything? I guess that would require removing the rear shocks/springs.

Super awesome looking, I was also wondering about the droop but I figured the sway bar does actually go up-down

A numba 1 work as always homes! We can start work on the sway bar mod anytime. Would be cool to offer these as a package deal with the special endlinks...

I got a really nice deal on this one second hand but it was never used, I dont think I could justify the full retail price! Thanks for the props too, theres only one way to do things and thats the right way

Yeah, its where instead of having a flange to join to pipes, one is a tight slip fit over the other and they're held tight together with friction and the two springs

Yup I did... the only thing that has any kind of interference with the piping is the bade for the sway bar. You can see in this photo the blade is on the left and is being propped up next to the pipe showing the clearance through the range of motion

Excellent work man. This sway bar is the reason why I made my exhaust dump right before the LCA.

Ah yes, I went back and looked at the picks and now I see it. I thought you were talking about the parts that you welded but you meant the piece upstream from that, gotcha.

Is there a reason for the spacers in between the camber arms and the body?

E is pretty **** about when things don't work how they are suppose to, so he modifies as he sees fit to accommodate for shortcomings. The camber arms previous had failed at the joint because of the mounting angle. the spacers set them at an angle that reduces the stress on the arm.
