K Series worth it?
Alright you guys, i have read this before and ppl always ask if k series is worth building vs a b series. I bought a complete swap (motor, trans, harness, ecu, axles) k20a2 from my friend with only 50K for $1000, which is honestly the only reason i bought it. If i drop this in my eg and tune with I/H/E and kpro, should i see nice power? I plan on making this my daily driver, but i still want it to have some *****. My boosted b series is at home resting all the time. Does any one have any dyno numbers with a stock k20a2 on I/H/E or timeslips in an eg coupe/hatch? Thanks cuz if its not worth to swap in my car then i will sell for more and use that to build another n/a eg.

Re: K Series worth it?
depends on the setup on the B. But stock for stock K is a better engine. more power, torque, better trans. Responds better to bolt ons. Just look at some of the K swaps on youtube destroying stuff. $1000 is a steal.

It's quick as it is, especially when put into an older chassis since there is less weight. k20 is loud, are you willing to tolerate the excessive noise for DD?
If you are selling it, let me know.
