do u guys actually use that little coin holder to the bottom left of the steering wheel?
i'm afraid to actually use it because i'm not sure that if i go over a rough bump or accelerate too quick, etc, that the coins will fall out and be stuck in the dash assembly.... anyone shed some light?

i use it, mine has never popped open, but I've heard alot of people say thiers does.

i'm not talking about popping open, i'm just talking about it falling out of the coin holder while its closed and getting stuck inside the dash

i used to use it. but the annoying rattle of coins every bump got annoying and i emptied it out.

I put my coins in the ashtray too... its also easier to take out the ashtray so u can look for which coins u need. I keep my little apt gate remote in the coin holder or a tiny bottle of contact lens re-wetting drops.

only time mine pops open is when there are a lot of coins in it (full) and i launch hella hard. it sucks picking up all that change when your doin racing.

that could never happen. there's nothing behind the coin holder to get stuck on. It'll all just spill out onto the floor.

i use mine all the time. went to the track yesterday and on my launch all of a sudden all these coins flopped open and landed on my legs plus my glove compartment popped open. it surprised the hell out of me cause it's never happened before. messed up my time on that run too since i let off when it happened. bleh oh well. still using it

I use it along w/ the ashtray to hold quarters only.. when launching hard it'd dumped the change out before but normal driving its been OK.... gotta love those picky *** parking meters in CA that take "QUARTERS ONLY" they should take whatever money they can get...

i used to use it, now its gone and i have a fuel pressure gauge there. never did have a problem tho, not even when wheel hopping at the track.

Yeah, the coin holder is just part of a plastic panel that covers a bunch of wiring. It's below the dash.

i just dump all my change in my center console. I use the coin holder to keep a lighter.. fits perfectly.

I put my gum there and i throw my change in the ash tray. But I empty that too cuz it bangs around when I shift hard.

I keep the wheel lock socket in there. Ha most poeple don't even know about that thing.
