You can go between 32 and 40..don't go higher than 40 and less than 32..oem is 32. I use around 34-36 cause it seems to get better mpg without sacrificing tread wear

I run 35 in both of my cars.

Keep in mind the max tire pressure is the MAX. When you drive your tires heat the air inside and increase tire pressure, so be warned.

Tires that run 80psi are heavy duty and will have an LT before the tire size with a load range of c, d, or e which refers to the # of plies.
