Trans code p0720 help, please.

Ive posted this in the Integra forum with no replys so Ill try here. I have a p0720 (output speed sensor) and I cant figure out why. I replaced the trans about 6 months ago and it works great. No hard shifts, all gears are great, the speedo works fine, and no codes until now. I have to pass emissions so I cant have any codes present. I have another integra with no codes so I have swapped the speed sensor and the ecu and after about 3 miles the cel comes back on, same code. I have also depinned the plug and it looks great. Any ideas? I dont want to be told I need a tranny cause this one works fine.

Still no ideas? Come on gurus. In Tennessee I cant drive my car if it has one CEL.

im having a similar problem ive had this code for about a year with the d4 light blinking car always ran and shifted fine and speedo still works so i changed all 3 speed sensors,light came back on,checked all wiring and plugs,all clear! changed ecu considering my car is 96 obd2 and tranny comp (tcu) is built into ecu,light came back on! so i got fed up nd pulled a tranny from the junkyard with all 3 sensors in it car runs and drives fine,good tranny but yet and still light comes right bak on! i gota pass emmisions this month as well nd dont kno wat to do?
