Default Honda Accord 1992 Lighter socket fuse

Does anyone know which fuse in the ebox is connected to the lighter socket? I am trying to find a fuse that is off when the key is in the off position and on when the key is in the ACC or ON position. I know the lighter socket turns off with the key position. Thanks.

It's the number 11 fuse (10A) in the under dash fuse box. Note: When you look at your fuse box, it may not be in the same direction as this diagram and you won't usually see your relays until you remove the kick panel. But, you are only accessing the fuses, so all you need to do is remove the plastic door.

Thanks for the info. So there is a separate fuse box within the cabin of the car under the dash? I do see a radio fuse in the fuse box that is found under my hood. Would the fuse box be under the driver or passenger side? Thanks.

Drivers side, right next to where your left foot rests. There's a plastic panel that covers it up.

What are the "options A,B,C,D" ports for? Are those switched power sources?
