May have the answer here.
Got some useful clues reading this thread. For me the solution was to release pressure in the gas tank by removing the gas cap. Humming stopped right away. Tank was half-full on a warm day. Give it a try. Good luck.

I have a 2014 Honda Accord with the same problem. After opening the hood and listening to the noise, I can confidently say that the noise is coming from the LED headlights installed on my car. At the back of the lights is a fan that turns on when the lights come on. I hope this helps some of you identify concerns you may have. Take a look at your headlights to make sure they don't have a fan.

Iv had my ABS module make a humming noise like that when the motor was shut off..

I actually tried this since it was one of the easier things to do and sure enough when my car started buzzing I cracked open my gas cap and it instantly stopped and hasn't come back since!
Is there a reason it does this and do I need to have something replaced?
