Well question is.,
just bought a 90' accord with h22a motor swap.,.trying to figure out what year.,.,or how much power the h22 has.,???.,so what is the meaning of the 7 digit number following the h22A.,

read alot of threads and reaaly compfused.,.,help.,.,.,

jdm h22a puts out 180-185 WHP

If you have an aftermarket stainless steel or ceramic header, you should be able to see the year of the engine. Its on the head where the header bolts to; can't miss it. You should see two numbers there.

The H22s are rated at 200bhps and 161tq at the crank. A healthy H22 can produce 150-170whp depending on the condition of the motor.
