Default Help! Whining noises (07 Civic EX)

I have a 2007 civic ex sedan A/T w/ about 11,500 miles.

I noticed that there was a sort of like "whining" noise coming from the front of the car, possibly the engine, when I accelerate and also when I brake.

Also, I should add that I accidentally ran over a tree branch when I was backing out of my driveway, but that was about 2 weeks before the whining noises started happening.

Can anyone help me identify what could be the problem?

does the whine become high pitch the faster you go?

does the whine lower its pitch when you brake or slow down?

is it a constant sounding tone of whine?

does it happen when you rev you car in neutral?

do you hear it at idle?

first thing that came to mind is that you probably got a lil mini branch stuck somewhere hitting your tires or axle. answer the above to help with the diagnosis

1. Only when I accelerate from 0~30ish mph.
2. Yeah, the sound becomes quieter when I slow down/brake
3. Constant buzzing noise
4. Nope
5. Nope

The noise only happens during the morning when it is cold and you can barely hear it when it gets warmer during the day.
