I decided to share my build with you guys. I had a jdm front end sitting for a good minute so, I decided to get an integra. So I picked up a pretty decent, clean title, 94 DC4 with a knocking motor for $650. After droping the ls motor and parting it out and selling the usdm front end, i made almost $200 from buying the car {and I still have parts to sell}. :-D
The Plan:
-K24a2
-Full Wire Tuck
-Brake Line Tuck
-Shaved Engine Bay
-S2000 Cluster.
-S2000 Antenna
-JDM ITR Front End
-ITR 5lugs
-Recaro Seats
-Shaved Modelings
-ITR Optional Skirts
Never really planned on doing the RHD conversion but I found a clip locally at a price I couldn't refuse. After I paid for it and cuple hours later, I recieved a phone call from one of the partners, crying about how the sold it to me for a 1000 dollars cheaper and how he wanted me to bring him some more money or else they are going to have to cancel the transaction . So on the the following Monday I call them so see if they refunded the money and I was told that since it was their fault, its mines if I still wanted it :up :up
So now I have an extra jdm front end laying around. Hit me up if you in need of one!
This project has been good to me so far. I have tons of ish for the car and I only have $2200 {untill I sell the jdm front}. The only bad thing was that a lot of work on the LHD firewall was in vain. I was comely shaved.
This is how I purchased the car on Oct. 13, 2009
Two days Later, Oct. 15, 2009
On Friday, Oct. 17, 2009, I stripped the engine bay, welded up the itr radiator support. I still have to cut out the excess sheet metal in order for the itr headlights to fit and straighten out the radiator support when it was bent
On Saturday, Oct. 18, 2009, I pulled off the passenger side bracket {there’s no going back now} and pretty much shaved 90% of the engine bay. Hopefully sometime soon I’ll be able to finish it up and decide whether or not I want to change the color of the car....

I had some extra scrap metal from working on my truck laying around, so I cut out some filler plates...
I also mocked up the shifter box..

Now that we're all caught up.. Today I pick up a blair spotweld cutter and started to drill out the weld and after a couple of welds the drill bit wore down. I used the recommended lube after every couple of welds.
So I just started using a regular 3/8'' drill bit. After 6hrs the end results is that I got the bottom of the firewall loose and the 95% of the passanger side down and 25% of the driver side done.. Man that was A LOT OF WORK!!!!
