http://videos.streetfire.net/video/d...909_713896.htm Yeah i wish we had 1/4 mile, but we don't. Would have most likely been a high 10 second pass...

well i went back to the track again the past couple weekends. Didn't get many good runs though. It was much warmer out than the day i ran the 9.09. I ran a 9.14 @ 117 first pass of the day and it just got worse after that. Kept getting behind people that would cause spills on the track and then the car would heat up to much.
On the way home from the track saturday my engine failed... I haven't torn it down yet, so not exactly sure what happened. I'm pretty sure it cracked the stock sleeves, and completely trashed cylinder 1. I am now getting the parts for my darton sleeved block ready. I can't wait to get it together and in. My times will probably be much different next time i post them. ![]() Here's a video another guy posted from this past weekend. I have a friend that got alot of good ones, but i haven't got ahold of him yet.

haha yeah..its not too bad. There are a bunch of rednecks there, but they love our cars because its not everyday you see a fast honda here in Arkansas. We actually have a few redneck groupies that always come talk to us all the time, its pretty funny.

they are stock size brakes. I'm using hawk hps pads and Irotors. Although my rotors are very badly cracked from brake boosting on highway runs, and possibly from stopping quickly from high speeds...
Yeah the track looks worse than you think it is. It's pretty cool, and basically one of the only good places we have to race in arkansas right now. I'm happy with it! We know the owner well, and they always treat us good. And it's only 1 hour from where we live, so it's not a bad drive...

not for nothing but 117-120 traps speeds and hitting low 9s sounds kinda funny, not saying its impossible but eehh whatever... also your lacking in suspension!

Yeah my suspension is not the best, but it works pretty good right now... It is some 6 year old ground control coilovers and tokico illuminas. I'm not even sure what the spring rates are. But they do work! I am very satisfied with my short track times for my slicks having around 100 passes on them, 57 of which have been this year.

Yeah it holds boost fine! only drops 1 to 2 psi in between shifts if that... fully spooled from 6k to 6500 depending on the outside air. I'm revving to 10k and it doesn't drop below 6k when i shift into the next gear.
