Icon2 Any way to connect a 94 accrd to a scan tool?

i want to connect my car to a scan tool to get more info...i tried going on alldata.com but it only gives me the paper clip technique so i can check the check engine light codes. my college professor told me that thats all i can do but he mainly talks about american cars, so i was hoping that maybe there was another way to connect it to a scan tool of sum sort.

I don't get your?, do you want to know where the connector is?...if so, it is under the glove box on a metal bar. This is the only way to pull codes (that i know of), the paper clip is the poor man's way.

here's a link. is this the tool (or similiar) you are using to pull codes (part#672500)?http://www.tasauto.com/Product/Browse.aspx?d=710&p=1

i know where the connector is....thing is that this is OBD1 vehicle....it doesnt connect to the scan tool. its just a little small plug like the one on the link u sent (part # 2807000, on the bottom right of that page). the connector only has two holes. on alldata.com it says u cant connect it to a scan tool because they started OBDII after 96. it says to pull the codes by putting each end of the paper clip on the connector. then count the flashes of the check engine light on the dashboard

what im trying to do is get more info other than codes, like with the scan tool u can check if the engine is running lean or rich and stuff like that. thats what i want to see on my 94 accord. any ideas how?
