Gauging interest a meet in Anaheim with discounts to attendees

You can vote multiple times on the poll Ok so here is the deal you guys, my father is a commercial property manager and he manages a few shopping centers in the OC/LA area. I have made a few comments to him since a particular center he manages is really getting hit hard by the 07-09 recession that maybe I could hold a car meet there and perhaps get Business support with some discounts to HT and members that are attending. So after a few months of talking about it and talking to the owner of the plaza finally one on one about it they said go ahead. I really can't see any negatives to this as we have these rights on the property -No police harassment since we have approval to meet there -We get kind of our own little section of parking about 80 or so spaces that could be coned off I included a pic -Center discounts to most of the food places inside the center, maybe even the retailers (10% maybe even 20% its really up to the business owners) -Some small private businesses that are really getting hurt and clinging to hold on, we can give them support even if its only buying a bag of bread -You don't have to patronize the center but I want to give you an incentive too.... so please I am open to ideas One potential negative is that the meet will HAVE to be held on a Sunday But I figure that this would be a nice break for everyone, you get to save a few dollars on lunch and the businesses get some local community support from everyone. Some businesses here are -Yogurtland -Ten Ten's tea time (might be ten ren's not sure) -Pho' 99 -Ranch 99 -Shanghai 3-6-9 -Lee's sandwiches -O manila bakery -Filipino Gift shop -Kaphit Bahay (sp?) -A watch repair store (I will update the names ) -A water store (I will update the names ) -A Thai food place -7 Day dental (trying to get them to participate) -Starbucks (Don't think they will) -A recent eye brow threading place opened here too -UPS store -Cancun juice -Chris & Pitts Basically anyone in the center I have asked to participate with a letter from my dads company. I sent letters out on Thursday and will be asking them formally also. This place also has an army/navy/marine/AF recruiting center but I am not sure if I should have them participate because I know they love to pressure people into joining...... but if you guys are ok with it I can have them participate too. The upside to that is you might get some free stuff LOL I really want to help these stores out some of these guys are just barely squeeking by and business is WAY down in the center. So go ahead and vote in the poll and please if you had any feedback let me know! I am taking a vote on to see what day would be the best.... I see october is full of meets so want to hold it in november, but I am leaving it to you guys to go ahead and give me some interest on a date.

I don't think you'll have to worry about the military recruiters "pressuring" you on a Sunday as that is there only day off.

But I would say invite them because some of you kids need some discipline, direction and motivation.

Might be a good place to meet otherwise.
