Welcome aboard. There is quite a bit of information available on the Accords here. Unfortunately modding the V6 engine doesn't seem as popular as the I4. But all the rest of the modding info might come in handy for you.
Cheers

Things are going pretty well for me. I was collecting parts to go turbo, when I decided to go a completely different route. Ended up buying a low-mileage Z06. My original plan was to keep my Accord as a daily-driver, but it ended up just sitting there most of the time, so I sold it a few months ago. Mods for the Z06 are expensive as hell, at least compared to modding a Honda, so it's going a little slower with this car. But man this car is fun... So are you military, or out of country due to work? When do you plan on being back in the states?

What year Z06 do you have? If it's the newer 500+ hp one I guess it doesn't matter how expensive mods are. That thing is pretty damn badass stock. Not that the older ones are slouches either. |

I love the looks of my C5Z over the newer Vettes. Ideally, I would have my Vette with the newer Z06 drivetrain. Current plans are to go supercharged in a couple years, but who knows... I might trade up to a newer Z06 instead.

Wow that's weird..... my post on page 1 was actually a thread in the accord section??? How did it end up in here??? That's kinda weird.

More than likely because your original thread wasn't tech related. This part of Honda tech is the Accord tech forum. I guess this is the one thread that is BS or non tech. Kind of like a daily chat thread for Accord guys. Instead of having to go into the general discussion forums.

i think each of the forums should have one of these threads. the only other one i know of is the s2k forum. good idea though.

A BS thread is always good. It keeps most of the non-tech conversations out of places where they shouldn't be, and provides a place for users to catch up with other users. I'm on some other tech-oriented forums for other makes and models, and they all have similiar threads.
And if any of you frequent the S2000 forum, you know how long that thread is...

Dave started this thread after some discussion about if these types of threads would be good or not. This is kind of a test run to see how it goes. I would probably expect to see more of the tech subforums create a thread like this soon.

Yes summer is officially over. Sad to see it go even though this is my favorite time of year.

I'd have to agree, fall is probably my favorite time of the year, weather wise anyway.
though I am pretty excited about winter/snow. got into snowboarding last winter and i'm going to Boyne for my birthday this year and plan on snowboarding every day we are there. |

I love Fall and Spring, because I can spend all day working in the garage without either sweating or freezing my ass off. 100+ degrees combined with 97+ % humidity during the summer? No thanks.

It doesn't get as hot as it does down in TX up here usually (we had a cool summer this year and it was SWEET!) but the humidity is the same... it was feeling good around here for a while, but now that the humidity is back I hate being outside... AND I have to use the AC, which makes the Accord drive like crap... (sigh)...
