my friend has a subaru and they have subie meets there i dont know what day but they talk to whatever store they post in front of and i remember they said it was cool as long as they didnt do stupid shit and they never had cops called on them but once again this was for there weekly subie meets they had in that shopping center, i have no clue if they still do it.

yeah I been to them.. they have them every once and a while... they are typically small compared to what I am trying to get organized though. they usually run between 10-15 cars. I'm trying to fill the whole left corner of Barnes & Noble which holds at least 40 spots.

yes take the back roads. right now around abernathy / travis blvd the roads are extremely ****ed up. i hit my lip numerous times on both sides of the freeway. thank god for polyurethane!

^nah they do...a few people suggested it. lots of muscle cars go out there and plan on racing... been there a few times where cops just roll thru and tell us we can't loiter in the parking lot if we aren't eating.

All in all, the meet turnout was very good. got 40+ cars to roll thru. Some locations need to be changed due to security reasons and we won't be having the Barnes & Noble spot for next week.

It was just so short notice to organize that many cars to all meet up at the next location when the security guard was in the process in calling in police... even though I had already posted up the backup location, getting the word out to all the people was hard as a one man team. Met quite a few heads from the forums that seemed really excited about this. Next week should be a better turnout.

The location of the walmart parking lot is still pending because I really like the Marina spot that I had initially gone to and i'm not to stable to trust the walmart lot just yet because of loitering reasons, hopefully we can talk to some staff to see if they will let us use the back lot for "chillin" purposes so it's not that big of a deal, but we'll see. Good to see a lot of you make it all out. I'll update this thread with the new location before next week to see if we got something official.

Are we only meeting in fairfield? can we meet in vallejo ? i know a spot. In the parking lot near the Bank of America ATM. People got meets there before and the security guards are cool with it.
