A co-worker has had his head fail in his prelude (believe its a 1993 sr, regardless what happend he's determined to swap in a vtec head instead of repairing or replacing the stock h23 head) in his obd1 prelude. So I was looking to help him do this swap and was wondering about a complete part list and perhaps a good thread of the how to, as well as a good place to source parts. His block apparently has good compression across the board so he has explained he'd just like to swap the head only. I will check honda-tech market place but I wouldn't mind maybe even knowing opinion's of people who you know are solid dealers.

Ecu will be tuned so no ecu (p13) is needed.

I know I need the full head with the vtec solinoid as well as the vtec injectors, header, IM/TB (which hopefully would come with the full head)?. Anything else? A link would be appreciated to a good "how to thread". Also, a place to buy all these parts or anybody here wanting to offer them please PM me. Thanks!
