that sounds like a pretty excellent g/f actually. me = jealous lol. i mean my girls into cars but certainly not to that extent. i guess i'm just happy that my gf tolerates my addiction/enfatuation with cars and hondas specifically. i'm trying to get her to buy a civic or a teg, but she seems set on a prelude
lol. ah well, least its a honda. today i saw her lookin at this eclipse on craigslist and i was like nooooo. dsm equals bad lol.

How did Honda die those parts? Sem sells honda Black, but not off black like your parts were dyed. Does Honda sell the dye to the public?

9/4/09: Things are coming along faster then I ever dreamed they would. A buddy of mine had a blown up z6 laying in the garage with rod knock. Since she is wanting to build a motor this is the perfect canidate to be brought back to life. Best part was the $75 dollar price tag!!!
Also got the rest of the rear interior finished up being cleaned and dyed. I will get pics up tomorrow when better lighting its available. For now i'll leave you with a crappy one haha

Update time!! Not the last for the day either lol
9/5/09: Started looking at the interior that was dyed last night and realized it didn't match up. Luckily our friend gave us a can of the correct color to fix it. Only problem is we ran out of it and wont get another can til monday lol. Correct color is the dark shade: ![]() Just to prove she works on her own car: ![]() A shot of the dye were using:

Didn't get as much done today as she had hoped for. Did manage to get radiator pulled from engine bay and the rear speaker brackets pulled, then we ran out of light.
The one on the left is what they looked like before cleaning, and the one on right is after a nice Armourall bath

its only a really big project and a lot of work if you let it be. if you enjoy doing it, which they obviously do, then it wont be bad at all.
