so this is what happened and I don't know how to fix her

turn the car on and she idles funny after about 30 seconds she shuts off like she can't stay on?

I pulled out the coils and took the spark plugs out and they were a little wet...none the less put them back in and she ran for about 45 mins and as soon as I pulled her out of the garage she started chugging and shut of on me. I was getting cylinder 3 misfire for the 1st reading, I bought new plus NGK to see if it was the plugs as I needed new ones anyway but not changing the problem, she is sparking; I test the psi and she is reading about 180'ish on all 4 cylinders and I also checked the injectors, switched 3 & 4 with 1 and 2 after clearing the codes it still said 3 & 4 with different injectors. I had it checked out by a honda mechanic who can't figure it out either and I am lost for options! I was thinking there was a possibility that there may be bad gas as she has been sitting but there is no drain plug so it has to be syphered out which seems to be the next step. Any suggestions?
