Default Just traded up for an EK w/ B16A

Hey guys almost new to the forums and honda world other then doing a H22 swap on an EK. Picked up myself an ek today, traded a TRX450R for it and just got back from picking it up, but if you dont mind i would like to see some pictures of those yellow EK. As far as i know about the car is that it has CTR pistons, GSR Cams, and a few other odds and ends. The interior is out of an RSX and GSR. Heres some pictures, Car needs some work but thats what i got it for was a DD Project while my 240 is awaiting a 2JZ. Sorry for crappy pictures, iPhone photos are junk.

You need to bash those taillights out and get rid of the RSX interior. And do something about the black gas door.

That was my plan, i hate the taillights like the seats but was thinking about stripping it out anyhows, and yea the black crap on the yellow has got to go like the hood, trim, etc. It had a Mugen valve cover on it, but the boy i got it off of put it on his b18 that he put in his EG, I want to make the car as clean as i possibly can.

Heres my friends H22 EK and my cobra, im going for somethin like this

I am fixing to redo the interior in my ej6, and I know that tegs, and civics are almost universal, but I did not know about the rsx's? I noticed their seats the other day, and was thinking about doing the swap, I know alot of people that have GSR seats in civics, why are you bashing the RSX seats?

I just wanna know, because I was thinking about getting them installed?

if u want that thing to look nice u need to paint it a normal color, lose those 14" acura wheels, go 16, get 99-00 tails and then u can work from there

well i was thinking a blue or a white for paint, who ever painted the car needed kicked in the f'n the face, it looks like Krylon. The car wasnt even primered it was just straight over the factory black, Ive got EK4 tail lights on the way and im looking for wheels but i want to wait on paint first so i know what im going to do. I had thoughts of Flint Mica off the Scion Tc's or dark crimson metallic color off the GM trucks

Glad you rescued that thing from its previous owner.

Good luck! I'll be watching for more updates.

So heres a List of what The Engine is SUPPOSED to has done to it.

B16A w/LS Crank and Rods
ITR Intake
GSR Cams
CTR Piston
Hondata Intake Spacer Gasket
BDL Fuel Rail
GSR Tranny
Megan 4-2-1 Header
Chipped P05 ECU

I dont even want to think about the Compression Ratio, Im gonna pull off the head to see if the Piston Met the Valves any. I dont even get why someone would put CTR pistons in a Stroker B16. Im probably gonna pick up a GSR Shortblock Minus the piston in a few days. Drop my LS stuff in it get some Low Compression Pistons and a Turbo Manifold. Is there a place for Build Threads because Id like to have a Mod move it into there. Funds are limited but im gonna try a little Rattle Can Trick for paint Sand, Prime, Wet Sand, Coat, Wet Sand, Clear, Buff.. Im going to go to a body shop have them mix me up the factory black.

Hate to say it but LS crank and rods won't fit in a B16A block.
The B16A block has the shortest deck height of all the B motors, the LS/B20 is the tallest.

Just letting you know, hopefully you weren't lied to by the seller.
