Default H22A swap questions

Hey guys!

So, I developed rod knock in my F22B1 engine on my 96 Accord, and so I am faced with an impending engine swap! I have decided the H22A is probably the way to go, but I was wondering if any of you guys had heard of any compatibility issues with the swap on the Accords (I.E. Check engine lights staying on)? As well, I have the automatic transmission in my car. Should those transmissions be able to hold the new power of the H22A?? I want to manual swap it down the line, but don't have the money right now. So unless the auto tranny won't hold it, I won't be swapping that out!

Thanks!

Pretty sure the tranny won't survive long. Mainly because it's simply an old auto honda tranny. I'm sure it's getting worn down and an h22 swap isn't going to help it
