I have a d16y7. Alright so my friend, in attempt of fixing my low idle accidently adjusted the throttle plate stop screw. which is in that area
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...estopplate.jpg its the one where you adjust the nut and use a hex set to turn the screw. I've been told by some HT members that you should never touch that part, because it effects the TPS output, and round out a bore and cause a perma-vac leak. So I want/need to change it back to the way it is suppose to be, I got a explantion from a HT member, I just want to clarify if its correct. thnx. this is what he said "the throttlebody "Stop screw" adjustment is simple. You want the throttle body to be as closed as possible without sticking. usually you can back the screw out till it doesn''t touch, Snap the throttle closed so it sticks and slowly turn the stop screw in till you hear the butterfly "pop" open.. lock the screw and test operation to make sure it doesn't stick after being snapped shut.. your TPS voltage should read .45-.50v on the signal wire." THNX for reading... any suggestions?

You can adjust it if it sticks or if air gets in without you pushing the gas pedal.
And here is your picture:
