I am done with OE pressure plates, even though the engine is stock, I want something stiff. I want to keep the stock clutch plate, but I need a stiffer pressure plate, what kit do you suggest?

I bought mine through Trackspeedracing for $250.00 shipped. Great upgrade from the stock clutch. Been on my daily driver for 2 years now with no problems. Hope this helps.

i bought an XTD Stage 3 Clutch Kit off ebay for like $200+ give or take and it worked flawlessly on my car for like a year and half before my **** got jacked...

I actually saw an article where xtd kit's used an OEM pressure plate and repainted it to make it look their own. But it's your money man, if you like xtd then go with them.

Wow really? They advertise a 30% pressure increase. Not sure what to think now. Does act make d16 clutch kits?

I went with a centerforce stg 2 which ran me about $220. Advertised at 30% increase over stock, its stiffer but not too stiff and works great for me. I've had this on my car for over 2 years with no problems yet and it still is grabbing good. Was definetly worth the money in my opinion, hell when I build for my turbo D I'll probably use this one until I can get a better one.
